1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all events, workshops, and programs (“Events”) organised by Guiding Growing Minds. By registering for or attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

• All registrations must be completed through the official Guiding Growing Minds registration platform.

• Registration is subject to acceptance by Guiding Growing Minds, which will be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any registration at our discretion.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Guiding Growing Minds team.

• Refunds for cancellations received on or before 21 October 2025 will be processed in full, minus a 10% administration fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 21 October 2025, regardless of the reason.

• Substitutions may be permitted at the discretion of Guiding Growing Minds.

4. Travel and Accommodation

• Attendees are advised to confirm their registration before making travel or accommodation arrangements.

• Guiding Growing Minds is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

5. Event Changes

• Guiding Growing Minds reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, speakers, venue, or schedule at any time without prior notice.

• In the unlikely event that an Event is cancelled by Guiding Growing Minds, a full refund, or alternative date, will be provided. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.

6. Media Consent

• By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• You grant Guiding Growing Minds the right to use, reproduce, and publish any such media for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, in any format and without compensation.

7. Communications Consent

• By registering for the Event, you agree to receive communications from Guiding Growing Minds, including updates about this Event and information about future events, programs, and services.

• You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails.

8. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

• Guiding Growing Minds reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

9. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Guiding Growing Minds is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during participation in any Event.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with the Guiding Growing Minds Privacy Policy.
